The hotel is fully
booked and has no rooms available for
at least one of the dates you selected.
This usually occurs during peak season
or special events eg. New Years Eve,
local festivals or conventions.
You can visit this
page at any time to see the real-time
status of your request, and to amend/cancel
your request, if required.

The first step is
to contact the Reception desk at the
Hotel, to see if the matter can be settled
directly. If you continue to have problems
that require our attention and cannot
be solved by yourself at the hotel,
please dial our hot line (24 hours)
as soon as possible. Should the issue
require you to move from your chosen
Hotel to alternative accommodation,
we will make every endeavor to meet
your needs.
You can check the
status of your existing booking in two
ways. Firstly, as soon as we receive
your reservation with your booking request,
you will be called or sent message letting
you know we have received your request.
Secondly, you can also click on our
website and send us your Booking ID
with your requirements, we will respond
to you by email as soon as we can.
When we have confirmed your booking
with the hotel, we will contact you
as soon as possible.
If this condition
happens, please call us and let us know.
We will solve this problem as soon as
possible. But please do not be alarmed
if the hotel does not have your booking
details, it will happen just in this
condition. If you go to the hotel to
check in after the time you told us,
the hotel will cancel your booking.
Please contact us
as soon as possible. We will make another
confirmation for you with the hotel.
Please note: Early check in and late
check out are subject to the availability
of the room and cannot be confirmed
until the day of check in or check out.
We can advise the hotel of your request,
and they will try their best to meet
your needs. If you plan to arrive more
than 6 hours prior to the hotel`s check
in time, and want to guarantee that
you will be able to check into your
room on arrival, you will need to book
the night prior to the date of arrival.
Example: If the check in time for a
hotel is 2 pm and you are planning to
arrive at 4 am on January 5, you will
need to book for January 4, as hotels
are not able to organize check in at
such an early hour.
If in the other time
of the Canton Fair, you just need to
pay for that in the hotel when you check
in.
During the Canton Fair, whether you
should pay that when you check in or
give us guarantee, it is according to
the hotels' rule. Some hotels need the
copies of customers' credit cards ,passports
or air tickets. Some do not need. It
should be according to the hotel's rule
in that time. They will caption on the

If you do not make
a reservation during the Canton Fair,
there is no need for you to send us
your credit card' details.
If you make a reservation during the
Canton Fair, you should send us your
credit card's copies for the guarantee
if the hotel needs that. You can send
that to us either by e-mail or by fax.
If your booking has
Instant Confirmation, your credit card
is charged for the full amount immediately
after you submit the credit card form.
If the booking is on processing, pending
confirmation from the hotel, or we are
waiting for an answer from you regarding
your request, your credit card is charged
ONLY when we receive confirmation from
the hotel or yourself.
During the Canton
Fair, if the hotels do not need the
guarantee, you can pay cash on arrival.
If they need the guarantee, you should
remit the money to our company's account
of the bank. You can find the account

Out of the Canton
Fair, if you are interested in booking
airport transfers, you should contact
the hotel or you can contact us, then
we will help you to ask the hotel to
arrange the pick-up service. Additional
charges will be applied.
During the Canton Fair, most hotels
will provide the pick-up service for
free. You contact the hotel or us and
tell us your arrival details.

description page. This can also help
identify the distance from the hotel
to certain landmarks or the airport.

web page. For additional information,
you may contact the hotel directly.
If the rates for
date(s) you require are not listed on
our site, then we cannot quote you a
rate as yet, since the hotel has not
provided them. As new rates are finalized,
they are posted on our website.
When a rate shows on our website as
"On Request", it is usually during peak
periods, such as public holidays, special
events, or conferences/exhibitions.
Once we receive your completed reservation
form, including payment details, we
will negotiate the best rate with the
hotel and advise you without any charges.
Once we receive your acceptance of our
rate, your request will be processed.
If you decline the offered rate, the
request will be canceled and no charges
will apply.
